Terms & Conditions
By registering for any training, immersion, certification, retreat, or offering through The Boulter Method, you agree to the following terms:
1. Participation & Personal Responsibility
All trainings offered through The Boulter Method are educational and experiential in nature.
Participation requires emotional maturity, personal responsibility, and a willingness to engage in embodied practices.
You acknowledge that breathwork and somatic work may involve physical, emotional, or psychological activation. You agree to participate at your own pace and to communicate openly if additional support is needed.
You understand that this training is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or licensed therapeutic care.

2. Health & Contraindications
Participants are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical, physical, or psychological conditions prior to participation.
If you have concerns including (but not limited to) cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, recent surgery, pregnancy, severe trauma history, dissociative disorders, or psychiatric instability, you must consult a qualified healthcare provider before participating.
The Boulter Method reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation if safety concerns arise.

3. Training Commitment & Attendance
Enrolment in the Breathwork Teacher Training requires full attendance at all four weekends.
Missed sessions may require additional supervision, make-up requirements, or re-enrolment to complete certification requirements.
Certification is granted only after all training and supervision requirements are fulfilled.
Failure to complete required hours or assignments may delay or prevent certification.

4. Certification Standards
Certification reflects demonstrated competency, ethical understanding, and embodied facilitation skills.
Completion of training does not automatically guarantee certification.
The Boulter Method (Reanna Costa) reserves the right to withhold certification if a participant does not meet required standards of safety, professionalism, or ethical conduct.

5. Code of Conduct
All participants agree to:
• Maintain confidentiality within the group
• Respect personal boundaries and consent practices
• Refrain from harmful, disruptive, or unethical behaviour
• Engage respectfully with instructors and peers
The Boulter Method reserves the right to remove a participant from training if behavior compromises group safety or integrity.
Removal due to misconduct does not qualify for a refund.

6. Intellectual Property
All manuals, teachings, course materials, recordings, and written content are the intellectual property of The Boulter Method.
Materials may not be reproduced, recorded, distributed, or taught publicly without written permission.
Facilitation under The Boulter Method name requires certification.

7. Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree that The Boulter Method and Reanna Costa are not liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, or financial outcomes resulting from participation.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with training participation.

8. Modifications
The Boulter Method reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to training structure, schedule, or content as needed.
Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
