Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Your $500 deposit secures your place in the training and is applied toward your total tuition.

 

Cancellation Before Training Begins

If you withdraw from the training:

• More than 60 days before the start date — tuition paid (minus deposit) will be refunded.
• 30–60 days before the start date — 50% of tuition paid (minus deposit) will be refunded.
• Less than 30 days before the start date — tuition is non-refundable.

 

Withdrawal After Training Begins

No refunds will be issued once the training has commenced.

This includes all payments made, including deposits and instalment payments.

Payment plans remain binding once training begins, regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or completion.

 

Missed Sessions

Tuition is not reduced or refunded for missed sessions.

Completion of training and certification requires fulfillment of all attendance, supervision, and submission requirements.

 

Emergency Credit Policy

In cases of documented medical emergency or significant life event, credit toward a future training may be considered at the sole discretion of The Boulter Method.

Credit does not constitute a refund and may be subject to an administrative fee.

Requests must be submitted in writing.

 

Non-Transferability

Enrolment in the training is non-transferable.
Participants may not transfer their registration to another individual without written permission from The Boulter Method.

 

Force Majeure

If training must be postponed, relocated, or modified due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health restrictions, or venue-related issues), The Boulter Method reserves the right to reschedule or adjust the training format. Tuition will not be refunded in such cases, but reasonable alternatives will be provided.

 

Cancellation by Organizer

If The Boulter Method cancels the training entirely, all tuition paid will be refunded in full.

The Boulter Method is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other personal expenses incurred.

 

Acknowledgment

By registering for the training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
